How much can I really make?
While every property is unique, we’ve found that owners typically make 10-15% more with Elevate.

What does Elevate do?
Once we agree on your goals, we will lease your rental property for a minimum of 12 months. You will be guaranteed your monthly rent plus an additional amount. We’ll act as the property manager and will furnish and decorate, cover utility bills, handle cleanings and take care of repairs under $200.
